Cleveland Museum of Natural History (CLM-Bryophytes)The Museum’s regional herbarium, coupled with its strong rare plant and natural area inventory program, has produced a vital conservation data resource. The herbarium houses more than 75,000 plant specimens (4034 mosses, 389 liverworts). Although it contains specimens from nearly every state in the U.S. and many from around the world, the main focus of research is northeastern Ohio and northwestern Pennsylvania flora.
